Error adding batch of 50 products: Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=utf-8', but expected 'text/xml'. The request failed with an empty response.

Things to check

- Check that the username/password you have entered in the website setup screen are correct

- Ensure that you have /soap on the end of the website URL in setup e.g. link)

- Check product descriptions/long descriptions DO NOT have any 'special characters' in them as these can often affect the export/import e.g. " @ | ™ © ®
