Shipping Methods & Charges Helpsheet


Step 1: First, log into your CF Ultimate System. (If you don't have CF Ultimate, skip to Step 6 and start there)

Step 2: Click on Settings, located at the top right of the Dashboard Page.


Step 3: Select Company from the navigation toolbar at the top of the screen.

Step 4: Check the box, Stores have own Shipping Methods.

Step 5: Click Save Changes, located at the bottom right of the page.

Step 6: Login to the management section of a company store

Step 7: Select Shipping, from the ECommerce dropdown, located on the navigation toolbar at the top of the page.



Step 8: Check the box next to Show Shipping Methods to customer, if you want the customer to be able to see the shipping options avaliable at checkout.



Step 9: ADD SHIPPING CHARGE - Click New Charge, located to the right under Shipping Charge Table.


Step 10: Fill in Min Order Value, Max Order Value, Select Shipping Method from dropdown, Enter Shipping Charge, Check box Specific to this Website, click SAVE.


Step 11: The Shipping Charge will be added. The option to Edit or Delete the shipping charge is to the right under the Actions column.


Step 12: ADD SHIPPING METHOD - Click New Shipping Method, located to the right under Shipping Methods.


Step 13: Fill out Shipping Method Name, Charge Value, Method Option and Click Save this Shipping Method.



Step 14: The Shipping Method will be added.


Step 15: If the box under collection method is checked, the tax will be based on the store location, not the shipping address of the customer.

Step 16: If the box Active is checked, then the shipping method will be shown on the company store.
