Promoserve Office 365 Integration

This help guide will show you how you can send emails through your local Office 365 Email Client.

 

  1. Navigate to the document you would like to send via Office 365 and press the Printer button. Make sure that in your setting, you have the Email box ticked before proceeding (as shown below).

  1. Once you are greeted with the Email Select box, select Outlook 365 and click on the Send Email button

  1. After the email is generated, you will have to configure your Outlook 365 settings. Fill out the necessary fields and then click on the save icon.

  1. You will now see your email generated. You can now edit the email from the embedded window. You can also add a call to the Scheduler and add a CRM Action using the respective check boxes. Once you are happy with your email, click the Send Email button

       5. You should then be greeted by the Outlook 365 login screen. Login with your credentials.

       6.You should then receive the confirmation that your email was sent successfully.
