Reporting Overview
This help sheet will guide you through the fundamentals of the reporting section in the system.
Step 1: First log into the Order Processing System.
Step 2: From your dashboard click on the Reports tab on the left hand side.
Step 3: From the first dropdown you can select the Report Area you wish to report on.
Step 4: Once you have selected the area you want to report from use the second drop down to select which report you want. Each area has its own set of reports.
Step 5: Now select a Date Range for the Report you want to build. (A date range is not required for all options. If not required, the date range box simply won't appear)
Step 6: The last step is to choose how you get the information. You can preview, generate a PDF, email the report or export it to a spreadsheet. Click the relevant button to choose the option you want.
