How to Insert a New Customer

Overview

The following guide will go over how to create a new customer in PromoServe.

STEP 1

Under 'Main Menu,' select 'Customers'.

 

STEP 2

The standard Customer Database will be displayed as shown. To add a new Customer to your database click on the [+] button.

STEP 3

Enter a Customer name in the green highlighted textbox (the cursor will be flashing here) and click on the checkmark as shown.

STEP 4

Fill out the relevant details NOTE: you do not have to fill out all details.

Important Fields are:

- Address

- Telephone Number

- Fax

Mandatory fields are:

-Post Code

-Rep/Advisor

-Source

Click the flag icon on the bottom right when the necessary values are entered.
