Global Change
As seen in the last picture of this help sheet, it is best if all other users are out of the system while this process is carried out.
Step 1: Go to System Functions then Staff Database from the Main Menu
Step 2: Click on Global Change at the bottom left of the new window
Step 3: You’ll then have another window pop up called Global Usage Change
Set the From Operative and the To Operative
You can use the magnifying glass to search for an operative if you’re unsure of their code
You’ll need to do this each time for Customer, Prospect, Outstanding CRM and Un-Actioned Diary, or whichever combination you need.
Step 4: Press the chequered flag to action each of the four Global Changes
Your operative codes have now changed
