Formatting the Prospect Database

The following helpsheet explains how to format the layout of the prospect database.

STEP 1

Under 'CRM,' select 'Prospect.'

 
STEP 2

Right click within the database screen and select format.
STEP 3

Select the column you wish to move by clicking to highlight it. Then move it using the arrows.
