Adding Standard Email Text to your Documents
The following helpsheet explains how to add text to each of the individual sections.
STEP 1
You can add individual text to a document to be emailed from PromoServe. This helpsheet uses Quotation email text as an example - You will need the print system number for each section to setup the text. From the main menu click 'Quotations'.
STEP 2
Click the printer number as shown here to get the individual System number.
STEP 3
The number for Quotes is 257. (Salesorders - 247, Sales Invoices - 160, Purchase Orders - 225)
STEP 4
Under 'System Personalization,' select 'Codes and Phrases.'
STEP 5
Click the plus sign to add a new Phrase

STEP 6
Your Phrase code needs to be the letter, 'B,' followed by the system ID for that section. For Quotes it would be B257. The Phrase type is ET. Then you can add your email text as shown here. This will then be added whenever you email a quote.
