Adding Notes to a Contact Record
The following guide will show you how to add notes against an individual contact in the Spectrum system.
STEP 1 - From your dashboard, go to 'Contacts' and 'Customers' as shown below.
STEP 2 - Find the customer you wish to find a contact note for and click on the customer name to open the customer record.
STEP 3 - Go to the Contacts tab and edit the contact you wish to add a note for.
STEP 4 - Enter the note you wish to add in the Comments box then click Add Note.
STEP 5 - You will now see the comment listed against your contact for future reference.
