Converting a Prospect to a Customer
Overview
The following will guide you through the process of converting a prospect to a customer from within your customer database.
STEP 1
Under 'Main Menu', select 'Customers'.
STEP 2
Once on the Customers window, click on the [+] plus button to add in a new customer.

STEP 3
Select the customer you want out of the list of prospects displayed.

STEP 4
Hightlight the prospect you want to convert and click the green check on the bottom left corner.
STEP 5
Click the checkmark to confirm this is the correct Prospect

The prospect will now be added to your Customer Database
