The following guide shows you how to add an order for your customer using the Channl Dashboard.

Step 1

Once logged into your Channl Dashboard click on the New Orders button shown below.

Step 2

Either find the customer you want to place an order for by searching for their company name or add a new company record as shown below.

Step 3

Next search for and select the product you wish to place an order for on your customers behalf.

Step 4

Customise the product by selecting the Quantities, Colours and Decoration then select Add To Basket. This is shown below.

Step 4

You can now choose to either complete the order for your customer or add more products to the order for them. This is shown below.
