GDPR Settings on Store

The following help guide will show you how to manage your customers data on your AIM Smarter Webstore to be compliant with the new GDPR regulations.

Step 1 - on all of your web pages that capture customer data you will see a new tickbox. Your customers will be asked to tick this box whenever they submit user information.

Step 2 - when you log into the Manage section of your site go to Contacts and Customers. You will see the new GDPR fields for each customer on your site once they have been updated. This is shown below.

Step 3 - You can download this information for your records by going to the Contacts dropdown and selecting Download Customers. This is shown below.

Step 4 - the spreadsheet you download will have all the latest GDPR infomation for your records.
