Closing a Period
This document will show you how to close a period from within Customer Focus Enterprise
STEP 1
To start, navigate to the ‘Period Details / End’ section of the system. This can be found under ‘General Ledger’
STEP 2
The period details screen will appear. This shows a breakdown of all the financial periods related to your business, as well as information like sales and expenses for that period.
Locate the period you wish to manage, and click the ‘Close Period’ button on the bottom right of the screen.
A confirmation box will pop up to ensure you are closing the right period. Confirm this
STEP 3
The period is now closed, and we are returned to the period details screen. The period we were working on should now have a status of closed, and the ‘close period’ button we had before is now replaced with the ‘re-open period’ button.
