How to Print Your Nominal Code List

Under 'General Ledger,' select 'GL Codes.'

Highlight the code you wish to print and select the print button on the bottom left

Now you can choose to either preview the print on screen (BLUE ARROW) or send straight to the printer (RED ARROW), if you wish to change the printer press the blue triangle above.

The first time you print the document it will display the codes in Nominal Code order

If you redo the print again it will switch to alphabetical order
