How to run a query in your nominal ledger

Under 'General Ledger,' click 'GL Codes'

Press the 'Spy Glass' button at the bottom

If you only know a portion of the nominal code, you can input what you know, beginning with an asterisk. For example, *pen.  

Click the checkmark

To remove the query, click the magnifying glass again. Next, click the White button at the bottom. This will return the filtered codes.
