How to Assign Marketing Tags to a Customer Contact

The following helpsheet explains how to assign marketing tags to an existing customer contact from within the customer database.

  1. Navigate to the Main Menu and select Customers.

  1. Select the customer account which contains the contact you would like to assign the Marketing Tag to and double click to open.

  1. Once the Customer Account is open, click on to the Contacts tab.

  1. Navigate to the contact you would like the assign the marketing tag to, highlight and click on the edit button.

  1. Once the contact page is open, navigate to the Marketing Tags tab.

  1. Highlight the marketing tags you would like to assign to the contact then click on the right facing arrow to move to the Selected column. Once you are happy with your selection, click on the flag button to save.
