Key Target Dates

One of the key parts of any implementation is determining a realistic timescale. The main date we need to decide on is when we are going to go live. No two implementations are the same. Some can be done in a week or so whereas some customers go for a staged approach with several key dates before the full go-live.

Both Customer Focus and you as a customer will have a number of responsibilities throughout the implementation process, so being realistic on these dates is key to a successful implementation.
