For an implementation to be successful project management is the most important ingredient. As a new customer you will be provided with a dedicated Implementation Consultant to assist you throughout the process, complete the installation and provide any relevant training.

Having a software champion on the Customer side is also key, as the implementation is as much about the work that you do as the work Customer Focus does to get you live.

You will need to provide a Project ManagerSoftware Champion. It is advisable that this person will be familiar with the business processes of the company and will be fairly IT literate. This will be the person the Implementation Consultant liaises with throughout the project.
