Hardware and Infrastructure

If you have a reasonable internet connection we would strongly advise that any new customers use our fully hosted cloud server environment. As a company Customer Focus host everything from our system to our file storage in the cloud. We manage the servers, backups, and you are able to access the software from anywhere, and on many devices.

If it is not feasible to have the system hosted in the cloud we are able to provide a server version which will be loaded onto your company server. You need to be aware that you will be responsible for managing the server along with backing up the system. Additionally, remote access must be provided so that we can install the system and support you after you go live. If you wish to go with the server-based solution we will discuss hardware requirements as part of the planning procedure, to ensure the necessary resources are available.
