Email SMTP Settings

If you have decided to run Customer Focus Enterprise on the Cloud then we will need to know your outgoing SMTP settings. Customer Focus Enterprise has an email client built into the system which we will use to send emails, but this will be routed through your email server. The client can send copies of emails sent to your standard email client if you wish and any replies will appear in your standard client also.

Is SSL or TLS used?
Does it require authentication?
