Notes and Terms
The shows how the notes section of quotes works

STEP 1 Under 'Quotes & Opportunities,' select 'Quotations & Samples.'

STEP 2 Select a quote to print. Click the printer icon on the bottom left.

STEP 4 Select a format for printing. Each one is slightly different. Formats G, H, I and K are the only ones to print with product images. |

STEP 5 To enable/disable other print formats, click 'System Functions' from your main menu.

STEP 6 From the submenu, click 'Routine Set up.'
|
|
STEP 7 Double click the 'Quotations' option
|
|
STEP 8 Click the 'Print Settings' tab. Select 'Yes/No' for any or all of the different print formats. 'Yes' means available to select. 'No' will disable the format.
