Product Sales Analysis Help Guide
This help guide is created to help guide you through the Product Sales Analysis Reporting routine.
1. From the Enterprise Software home screen, go to Management Reporting, then click on Product Sales Analysis
2. You will now see the Product Sales Analysis screen. From here you can choose whether to see the total product sales under a single operative, nominal code, category, customer or project. Alternatively, not selecting any of these options will pull through the total number of product sales.
Financial Year – Select this if you want to see the sales made within the financial year, or you can see the amount of sales made between the last 12 months.
Include When No Sales – This will include products that no sales were made on within the analysis.
Only Include Products With Special Prices – This will only show the product sales made on products that have special pricing attached to them.
Include Direct Delivery Items – This will pull through products onto the analysis that was delivered directly to the customer.
Include Standard Delivery Items – This will pull through products onto the analysis that was delivered to the distributor.
3. Once you have tailor made your options for the product sales analysis, you can now press Analyse to start the loading process for your report. Once done, you will see a screen like this:
Here you will see a list of the products sales made within the last 24 months (or based on your financial year). This is split between the last year, and the previous year before it.
You can filter the report by total value made during those years and total turnover for those months, these can also be filtered between Product and Category. You can also filter the report between value and number of units.
Finally you can print off or export the report.
