Capturing Extra Product Specification Details on Sales Orders
Some promotional products can have quite complex specification that need detailed documentation on an order or quote. Additional Costs are often used for this task but sometimes you need more flexibility
Within PromoServe you have the ability to set up a standard list of questions for every product category
Pictured opposite is the set up screen for the questions that can be accessed via the category database, under 'System Personalization,' select 'Categories.'
Each category can have unlimited questions and up to 12 standard answers
When inserting a product in a quote or sales order if you click the 'Q' icon you will be shown any questions related to the category of the product you have selected. If there are no associated questions, the system will tell you so:
