Printing Purchase Orders

The following will guide you through the process of printing/emailing a purchase order.

 

STEP 1

Under 'Jobs & Orders,' select 'Purchase Orders.'

STEP 2

Click the printer icon to print a selected Purchase Order

STEP 3

Then check the relevant box to either print or email a Purchase Order to your supplier

STEP 4

To print the purchase order, select the printer icon. To view the purchase order, select the magnifying glass

STEP 5

To email the purchase order, select the email button. A PDF is generated and attatched to the email
