Re-establish Contact Help Guide

This help guide will assist you with the re-establish contact routine found within the Marketing section of your software. This routine can help target customers who have not been contacted within a specific timeframe, maximising your marketing power. This routine checks against the Diary, CRMs, Orders and Quotes. You can then add entries to the tele scheduler with the click of a button.

  1. Navigate to the Marketing section followed by the Re-establish Contact option.

 

  1. You will then be greeted with the Re-establish contact routine.

 

  1. You will find below a key to what each option of the routine

  1. By typing in a number or selecting one using the up and down arrows, this specifies the date  the routine looks for contact within, starting with today’s date and working backwards.
  2. Selecting this option will include Customers in to the results.
  3. Selecting this option will include Prospects in to the results.
  4. Selecting this option will include all Customers/Prospects assigned to all operatives.
  5. Selecting this option will include the Customers/Prospects for an operative.
  6. This option becomes available when selecting Single Operative. This will narrow the search down to Customers/Prospects assigned to one operative.
  7. Selecting this option allows you to print off the results or view them as a PDF.
  8. This option allows you to insert calls for customers that are produced in the results of the report.
  1. After selecting the Add Schedule Entries button you will see the normal add a schedule screen.


    You can then add the Customers/Prospects from the results to the tele scheduler.
