Removing All Products From The Website

 

The following help sheet will talk you through how to remove all products from your Enterprise Web Store.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: As stated above, this method will remove ALL product data from your Web Store. This is not a suitable method for deleting individual products. Use this method at your own risk. It is the responsibility of the user for any loss of data caused by the use of this method.

 

STEP 1

Login to the admin area of your site (/admin/sitecontrol)

 

STEP 2

Once logged in go to settings, data, data upload

 

STEP 3

You will then need to upload the attached csv file - QOP Products Import.csv and click next.

 

STEP 4

On the Data Upload screen, select Products for the import type drop-down menu.

 

STEP 5

You will then need to configure the import to carry out the behaviour we need. See the below screen shot for the criteria you need:

 

STEP 6

Once the import has been configured click next, and then next again on the following screen.

 

STEP 7

The system will then start deleting out all the products on the site. You will have to wait a while depending on the size of your product data.

Once complete it will notify you of this.

 

With this you have successfully cleared your product data from your web store.
