Rescheduling Appointments
This function allows allows you to change the date and/or time of a current unactioned schedule entry:
STEP 1 Under 'CRM,' select 'Telesales.' |
STEP 2 Click 'Telesales Scheduler'. |
STEP 3 Select the customer to reshedule and click the reshedule button. Change the date/time in the reschedule box, then click the checkmark. The appointment is now rescheduled. |
