The following helpsheet explains how to manually add a product to the product database.

STEP 1

The product database contains all your products, price and stock levels. The main screen on the inventory database looks like this:

As normal you have several tabs along the top, from which you can search by

Product: Enables you to search by the product code

Description: Lets you search by the description name of the product

Category: Lets you search for a particularly category

Nominal: Using this you can search by the nominal code of the product

 Vendor Product Code: You can search by the vendor product code

STEP 2

Then click the plus to add a product.

STEP 3

On the next screen you can either choose to copy an existing product by checking the box and then selecting a product to copy or add a new product by not checking.

STEP 4

Enter a product reference and description then click on the checkmark.

STEP 5

Fill in the General product details.

STEP 6

You can now enter cost/sell pricing.

STEP 7

Click the blue checkmark to save changes and add the product to your database.
