My system keeps freezing when trying to complete the same routine.
The common cause for this is if you have changed monitors between sessions. One routine within the system may be trying to appear off screen but there is a fix for this.
- From the main menu navigate to (File) and then Reset Screen Positions.
- You will then be greeted with the Question? Window. Make sure the text box contains the word All is in the text box and tick the save button from this window.
- This should now reset the screens to fit within your monitor size. You may have to log out and log back in again for the changes to take place.
