Using Letter Templates Along with Customer Information

How to use the letter function to export customer information to letter templates.

STEP 1

Under 'Main Menu', select 'Customers'.

STEP 2

Click on the customer that you want, then right click them and choose 'Letter'.

STEP 3

Choose the letter document that you want to assign for that customer.

A letter will now be created with the customers details and any text that you have put into the letter template attached.
