AIM - PromoServe Implementation

The key to any successful project is the planning. When you take the decision to purchase PromoServe you will be appointed a specialist from our Implementation team to work with you.

To start with this will involve a Project Planning Meeting which may be conducted via a Web Meeting or may be in person on your premises. The aim of the project meeting is to clarify what you expect from the system, what we need to do, and when we want to achieve it. The Project Planning Meeting will be led by the Implementation Consultant and will generally involve key contacts from your company and your Account Manager from AIM Smarter.

In the meeting we will discuss Key Contacts, Configuring the System, Data, Your Training, Support and Backup and Target Dates. Please see individual sections further down this page for more information. The agreed monthly billing will commence from the Project Planning Meeting.

As part of the implementation you will be invited to a project-specific website so any party invited can see a full breakdown of tasks, who they are assigned to and the target dates.

We understand that implementing a system such as PromoServe is a big decision for your company. When you are Live with the system we have plenty of help available to you when needed.
